What do you do at OLBC?
My role is to wear multiple hats, run the business, run the brew floor, mechanic, carpenter, plumber, bar-tender, rep our beers, sell our beers, etc.
What do you do outside of OLBC?
There’s not too much that goes on outside the OLBC. When I get the chance, I surf, or try to get outside and do something active. Sometimes I try to get back home and catch up on awful things like cleaning and yard work. Other times try to catch up with family and friends.
Where do you come from?
I grew up in Cromwell, CT. Besides being away for a part of high school, college and grad school, I’ve somehow ended back up in CT. I can say being in other places/states, made me realize how much pride I have for being from CT.
What keeps you awake at night?
Making sure we stay on track to grow the right way, with quality first and foremost, then making sure our customers come first and make the same connection to the brand that I do. It’s also creating a business where we can all enjoy what we do and how we do it. Finally it’s keeping my family happy, and making time to enjoy life outside the brewery.
